Biography: Matt received his BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2005.  He later majored in history at the University of North Carolina Asheville and then received an MA in American History from Western Carolina University in 2011. Matt joined Honors & Scholars Programs as the Student Engagement Coordinator in 2016 after having served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for three years. Matt is currently working on his PhD in American History at UT.
