The History Advising Center, located at 2547 Dunford on the fifth floor, is for undergraduate students in their first three semesters, new transfer students, supplemental History advising, as well as students looking to switch their major to History. Supplemental advising is for students who would like to consult with a History advisor, but may be assigned to another advisor on campus. The topics for supplemental advising may include study abroad, pre-law, pre-teaching, pre-health, as well as topics regarding registration and career planning in regards to the History major.
If you are a declared History major, contact your faculty advisor, preferably by email, to set up an advising appointment with them. If your faculty advisor is on leave for the semester, please contact Kirsten Pitcock for further instructions.
