Biography
Camren Murray is a third year Ph.D. student studying Black history in Knoxville from the 19th century to the present. Her research focuses on the longue durée of Black contribution to the city of Knoxville and Knox County. In her free time, she volunteers for Battlefield Farm and Gardens by distributing fresh produce to families in low-income housing.
