Kiana T. Rubish

Biography

Kiana T. Rubish is a third-year PhD student studying the connections between the Black family, emotions, and Black conservatism in the U.S. nineteenth century. She is guided by Dr. Michael Woods in her research. She has previously served as his research assistant for the Native Voices project at the Papers of Andrew Jackson.
