Associate Professor, Director of Graduate Studies

Questions about a course of study, curriculum, graduate student life, or admission to our graduate program? Contact Dr. Olsson. Together with individual graduate student advisors, Dr. Olsson consults with graduate students on progress towards the degree. He also manages graduate student funding.

Associate Professor, Associate Head, Director of Undergraduate Studies

The Associate Head is also Director of Undergraduate Studies. Contact Dr. Phillips with questions about the History majors and minors, or about the undergraduate curriculum. Consult with Dr. Phillips with concerns you have about an instructor’s grading or course policies after you have talked to your teacher about them first.

Administrative Specialist II

Departmental responsibilities include working with the Associate Head, department schedule and student registrations, invoice and contract payment, internal/external communications, and space and equipment inventory.
