Kyle Scripko is a PhD candidate studying twentieth-century German history under the direction of Monica Black. His research focuses on the history of everyday life, disability, and human-animal relationships. His dissertation focuses on the history of guide dogs in Germany and the connections between disability, space, material culture, animals, and everyday life experiences.
